Packaging was good, order was placed on July 1st, tracking number was provided on July 5th. That's 120 hours which is way too long for an in stock item. Great customer service responded very fast. Answered all questions and provided options on installation. Waived my shipping fee which was great. Overall I'm excited and will do business again in the future!
