WideWheel Electric Scooter Rear Fender Extender

Very nice ride and superb service

My Widewheel showed an error code when I tried it for the first time after it got delivered. Very fast response from FluidFreeRide. They sent a new scooter the same day and arranged for a pick-up of the one that was broken. The second scooter works as expected. Haven't had a chance yet to ride it a lot, but it is powerful and the ride is more comfortable than I expected with the low profile airless tires.

I just got a flimsy barely cut straight piece of rubber!! I could have gotten the same for $5 on Amazon! I choose to go with fluidreeride thinking I’ll get a superior product... I was wrong.
I just got robbed!!
I was reading something you responded on a negative review that your put a lot of hours and engineering to develop such a product.
That’s a joke at best!!
Give me my $20 back my 6 years old son can do better than that.

I have been delaying using super glue to attach this component...it didn't feel right. I was surprised there was no mention of how to attach, and now I realize there was supposed to be adhesive provided. Can someone please reach out for supplying this adhesive that was missing from my order? Thank you!

They should provide this for free for everyone that bought a wide wheel through their website. Disappointed.
